This one means a lot to us. The Maritime Edit — the magazine of luxury living in Atlantic Canada, and a regular voice on Monocle Radio — ran a feature on Hello Chocolate, written by its editor-in-chief James Mullinger. It traces the whole improbable route: a Ukrainian family starting a craft chocolate business in Singapore in 2015, and ten years later running it from a small town on the Bay of Fundy, still doing the one thing we set out to do — find the best chocolate in the world and send it to people who care.
